Hello,
We have 2 house rabbits at home who have full run of our house. Chewey - male - approx 3 y/o who we have had since he was 6 weeks, and Leia - female - approx 1.5-2 y/o who we rescued from a shelter around June last year. Both are desexed.
Chewey is very placid. Went thru a destructive phase but has since seemed to grow out if it.
Leia on the other hand has always been a bit troublesome. She has dug up the carpet under our bed (where they sleep), and her latest is chewing the wooden door frames upstairs. She has had a go at all of them and my husband is livid. Hes threatening to put her out in a hutch. She has plenty of toys etc to chew to keep her entertained so we feel shes doing it for attention. We brought home our second child two weeks ago and her behaviour has ramped up since then.
Is there anything we can buy to protect the door frames to deter her from chweing them? Someone told me to try tiger balm but havent done this yet...
Thank you xo

I suggest putting C&C grids or NIC grids along the wall, or buying something else to cover it like a mini fence or something. you could also try chew-spray from a pet store but a lot don't work so do research before buying any.
